120                    Lee McDougal retired from the City of Montclair on June 15, 2010, completing 35 years of service with the city, the last 18 years as city manager. When Mr. McDougal joined the City of Montclair in 1976, it was to take on the job of housing coordinator, overseeing the city's Community Development Block Grant Program. Within his third year, he became the director of housing and redevelopment, charged with administration of the city's Redevelopment, Community Development Block Grant and Code Enforcement Programs. In 1984, he was promoted to director of administrative services/redevelopment, serving in this capacity until becoming city manager in 1992.<br />

122                    Mr. McDougal graduated in 1974 from the University of California at Riverside, College of Social and Behavioral Science. He received two Bachelor of Arts degrees-one in urban studies and the other in black studies.<br />

124                    Mr. McDougal is the Immediate Past President of The Leadership Connection, former board member of OPARC, chairman of Augusta Communities Inc., chairman of Housing Partners Inc. (both nonprofit housing corporations), former member of University of California at Riverside Alumni Association (past president twice), and past chairman of the West End Communications Authority (WECA). He is an active community member, devoting much of his time to service organizations, including the Mt. Baldy Chapter of Habitat for Humanity Advisory Board.                    <br />

139                    Gary George was appointed to the Chaffey College Governing Board in December, 2000. He was elected in 2001 and was reelected in 2003, 2007, and 2011. Mr. George served as president of the board in 2005 and 2010. Prior to his serving on the governing board, he was a member of the Chaffey College Foundation and the President's Community Advisory Council.<br />

141                    Mr. George obtained his undergraduate degrees from Rio Hondo Community College (A.A.) and California State University, Long Beach (B.A.), where he also pursued postgraduate studies. He has been an instructor at Rio Hondo Community College and Tri-Cities Regional Occupation Program.<br />

143                    Mr. George retired from Verizon in 2011, after 33 years, where he was the Director of Government and External Affairs. His involvement in community service activities has included presidencies of the: Exchange Club of Downey, CLOUT, two terms with the Pomona Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Pomona, Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. Mr. George continues to serve on the board of directors of numerous philanthropic and economic development organizations throughout Southern California.                    Gary George lives in Chino with his wife Deborah.                    <br />

157                      Member Roberts was a member of law enforcement for 42 years, starting as a dispatcher. She retired at the rank of captain from the Ontario Police Department. Being the first patrolwoman in the county, she has seen a great deal of change. To prepare for that change, she obtained an A.S. degree from Mt. San Antonio College (secretarial science), a B.S. degree from Cal State-Los Angeles (criminal law), and an M.S. degree from Cal Poly-Pomona (business). Ms. Roberts is a graduate of the two-year California Law Enforcement Command College.<br />

159                      Ms. Roberts was born in Southern California and graduated from West Covina High School. She is married and has a daughter and two grown stepdaughters, all college graduates.<br />

161                      Ms. Roberts sits on the boards of directors of the Price Foundation, COPS West, West End Family Counseling, Travelers Aid, Leo (an organization to help children in need),  the Rotary Club, and the Ontario Police Museum (serves as president). She is a member of California Police Officers Association (CPOA), the Women's Peace Officers Association (WPOA), and the Police Officers Research Association of California (PORAC).<br />

193                    Paul Gomez was appointed to the Chaffey College Governing Board in 1990 and has been re-elected six times in 1991, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2007, and 2011. He has served as Governing Board president four times. As president in 2002, Mr. Gomez and the Board led a successful $230 million bond measure which significantly changed Chaffey College. <br />

195                    In 2001 and 2007, Gomez was elected to serve on the 22 member board of the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT), a national organization representing more than 6,500 trustees from community, technical, and junior colleges in the U.S. and Canada. In 2009 he was appointed to serve on the ACCT Trust Fund Board and served as the Fund Board president in 2010-2011. <br />

197                    Mr. Gomez is the co-founder of two regional community college and CEO associations: the Inland Valley Trustees and CEO Association (IVTCEO) and the San Gabriel/Foothill/Foothill Association of Community Colleges (SanFACC). Gomez was appointed to serve on the California Community College Trustees (CCCT) board in 2010 and in 2011 was elected to a 3-year term. He is the past president of the national Association of Latino Community College Trustees and was a member and officer of the California Association of Latino Community College Trustees. <br />

199                    Mr. Gomez is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Rancho Cucamonga. He was recently elected Second Vice President of the California Community Colleges Trustee Board and is a member of the Community College League of California. Mr Gomez also serves on the Board of the Ontario Museum of History and Art and on the Ontario Associates Board.<br />

201                    As a community and education advocate, Mr. Gomez founded the Esperanza Scholarship Foundation, which provides college scholarships to local high school students. The Scholarship is named after his mother whom he said supported him through his education. <br />

203                    Mr. Gomez earned an A.A. degree from Bakersfield Community College, 1970 and a B.A. degree in history, 1971 and postgraduate studies in public administration from CSU Los Angeles. <br /><br />Mr. Gomez retired from the City of Ontario in 2000 after a 28-year career in municipal management. He is a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, 1965-1968. He is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Rancho Cucamonga and has served on numerous volunteer community boards and received a Congressional &quot;Community Leadership Award&quot; in 2001. In 2008 he was honored as a recipient of the &quot;Status of Women Award&quot; by the American Association of University Women of Ontario-Upland-Rancho Cucamonga Branch. <br /><br />Mr. Gomez is the father of two daughters and four grandchildren. He resides in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife Gloria. He enjoys researching his family history and genealogy and is presently the president of the Genealogical Society of Hispanic America - Southern California chapter.                    <br />
