When I attempt to apply updates for Cyberduck, I get error message "no updates available for this Duck ID". Apple tech support helped me fix this for all my other software updates but they could not help me with cyberduck because perhaps I did not get it from the apple store. I may have downloaded it from the internet. Anyway, is there anyway I can fix this now? What do you suggest?
Please try to remove "Cyberduck" installed in your Applications folder and then try to reinstall from the Purchased tab in the App Store application. If that does not work out, you will have to try to get support from Apple as this is an issue with Mac App Store.
