Thank you for this useless reply. "Mountain Duck runs ... in the taskbar (Windows)." It does not. "When I try to start Mountainduck I see it in the task manager but otherwise nothing happens." You do not even take potential customers serious. Also, your ticket system does not send emails to gmail addresses, which is half the world. Do not bother to reply, I will not purchase the product. |

Kindly advise how to get the trial version of Mountainduck to work under Windows 10. Over the past several days I have installed and uninstalled Mountainduck and also Cyberduck totally without success. Swiss quality? When I try to start Mountainduck I see it in the task manager but otherwise nothing happens.
