When uploading multiple PDF files to a SFTP site running Globalscape EFT Server 7.2, random files are becoming corrupt. This is happening on MAC's running OSX 10.10.5 and 10.12.6, with Cyberduck versions 6.0.1, 6.0.4, 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 Previous versions of Cyberduck uploaded without this random corruption. All these versions were dowloaded and installed on MacBook Pro OSX 10.10.5 stopped after two versions worked (which were 5.4.4 & 6.0), also know older version 4.6.5 works.
There are no errors showing during upload, or on SFTP server logs. Files are not compressed and range in size 10 to 1000KB. They are uploaded with a quantity of 10 to 100 at a time.
