Hello,

I just purchased the Cyberduck Utility from the Apple store, paid $29.99.

The dick just bounces in the bottom bar and will not start.

I am on OSX 10.12.6.

Please try to delete the application by moving it to the trash and emptying it – then reinstall Cyberduck from the Mac App Store. If that still does not work, please write to Apple Support or write to us at support@cyberduck.io to request a registration key to run the version available from our website.
