Unable to make new connection

We use Cyberduck to connect to our newspaper's online webpage. It is how we change the PDF file on the webpage for our readers. We are unable to reconnect to that PDF for some unknown reason. The original connection was lost because the applications were deleted after receiving new computers. Whenever we try to reconnect it, Cyberduck times out.
