I just updated to the latest version of Cyberduck and now the crash report pops up and immediately crashes the program regardless of which option is checked. I've tried repairing, uninstalling/reinstalling, and removing the .txt files in the CrashReporter folder. Is there something else I can do to get this to work again? Thanks!

We have fixed this issue. In the meantime go to %AppData%\Cyberduck and remove the directory Sessions and disable "Save Workspace" option in Preferences
