I know you can connect to a regular Box account through the preconfigured profile for Box.net, but unfortunately, this doesn't work fo enterprise/university accounts redirecting to their 2-factor authentication.

I would love to see proper integration of Box in Cyberduck and Mountain Duck using the Box API…
