Trial has expired when running from Windows Store

Description

I have paid for the app on Microsoft Store via paypal on account linked to jonathan.brown1971@… but the app will not start and i keep getting an error message saying the trial has expired.

I have already been to the troubleshooting page on Cyberduck and have tired logging out and back in, as well as running the code in Powershell.

I've also tried to recover my product key but it cannot find my account on either the paypal email or the Microsoft Store account email on jonathan.brown1971@…

Please advise ASAP
