None of my downloads are completing

All of my downloads are failing just a few MB before they complete. I thought maybe this was due to the fact I am currently working in Shanghai, China and the Great Firewall was causing issues, but I tried with Filezilla and they all complete just fine. This has been happening on all downloads for a couple of weeks now.

I am downloading over hardwire, with a very reliable connection. My PC is running Windows 10 x64, all updates are current. Dell 5520 laptop, 32GB RAM, Samsung 960 Pro 512 GB SSD, Nvidia M1200 Quadro, Intel Xeon E3-1505M v6 3.00GHz, Samsung 850 Pro 1GB SSD.

Please update to the latest version and try again. If the problem persists, reproduce the issue and attach the file cyberduck.log in the application support directory.
