Since you get a read timeout that looks like a connectivity issue on your's or your service provider's side. Please get in touch with your hosting provider. There is not much we can do about it.
I've been using CYBERDUCK a very long time.
Lately, it's been having issues connecting to the server.
I haven't changed anything, ever.
In fact, I even paid for CYBERDUCK through the Mac App store.
I have 2 bookmarks that go to my FTP and neither are letting me in.
I'm running:
SAFARI 11.0.3
CYBERDUCK 6.4.4
Help. The access to my FTP is crucial to my business.
