Up to now, it has happened only twice. The first time (1 or 2… months ago?) I quitted and restarted CD (Cyber Duck): the ghost window had disappeared. This time, I took the screenshot first, and then quit/restart CD.
More generally, sometimes, I am obliged to quit CD in order to escape endless opening of a remote folder or update of its content. After restart, there is no problem to open the folder… I have never posted a ticket on that subject because it occurs at random and even a screenshot would not provide any information.
REMARK: since I make transfers frequently, I do not quit CD after after start, unless required, and my computer is on for several days with no restart. As a consequence CD is alive in the background for several days (maybe up to 2 weeks!). The "out of the blue" behaviors occur after several days, never at the first transfers. Does it suggest some memory leaks here or there…?
Sometimes I have a ghost window of Cyber Duck. See attachment, right bottom window.
