Connection reset error when opening directory containing file with leading !

Description

If a file with a leading"!" in the file name exists in a directory, this directory cannot be opened and cannot be downloaded.

The Error of Screenshot (appendix) occurs up to 10 time. Then i Cancel the operation.

The Screenshot means:

Display of the tmp folder failed. connection reset. The connection attempt was denied. The server may be down or your network is not properly configured.

This only occurs, if the Folder _Archiv/tmp contains an file with this name: !cid_0FC8F5C3-C98D-41AE-B264-156590FF8A17.jpg
