You didn't fix it - but closed the ticket. I did say allow. Now it just spins. Will not connect using SFTP.
Our web admin says:
<<SFTP operates over SSH. You can not use virtual FTP accounts (that's what these FTP users are), over SSH/SFTP. You can use them with FTPS which operates over the FTP protocol.
SFTP will only work if you have Shell access enabled on your account, and it will only work with your master ftp user/password. >>
If this is correct, that explains why it only works with FTP. But I don't want it prompting about certificates when I asked someone to use it.
