Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new Cryptomator vault
  2. Open the newly created vault
  3. Vault folder opens and displays encrypted files. No password prompt.

I see this behavior on a fresh install of CD 6.6.2 on macOS (10.13.5).

CD for Windows (6.6.2) work as expected and recognize Cryptomator vaults.

I am very sorry. I was not aware of this setting and difference in default behaviour between the Windows and macOS version.

So sorry to have wasted your time and many thanks for all your efforts!
