When browsing a file on a remote serveur, the contextual menu of Cyberduck offers the option "Edit with"
Most of the time, the applications are not editors.
Moreover, the verb itself can be strange for a user who does not want to edit, but just to have a look on the file.
Maybe the association action would be better if renamed into "Open with".
The Preferences > Editor section could remain as is (with Editor name) since in fact it's clear (and written) that we define a default editor as application to use when no other is available.
