Cannot Open S3 Amazon Connection

Description

I have my Access Key ID and Secret Access Key but the connection will not open, I am not sure why and don't know where else to go for help.

The window says "The AWS Access Key ID you provided does not exist our records. Please contact your web hosting service provider for this assistance."

I have no idea what that means, I am just trying to upload mp4s. Please assist as soon as possible!

Either key is not correct. Please create a new key pair in AWS IAM.
