997cd87 created the issue

Version 6.8.2 does not allow uploading files (via drag & drop or menu item) to any folder except site root folder. All folders display red circle = read-only. Version 6.8.1 also displays read-only indicator, but allows uploads. Permissions on Windows FTP host set to allow writing for each folder.
