a4f70d8 created the issue

After drag'n'drop upload one file/folder Cyberduck tells me that same-one exists in target server and ask me if I want to overvrite it. In queue i can see two tasks one processing (uploading) and one stop for my response if I want to overvrite.

I cannot see this here. Reopen if you can replicate this in a recent 2.8b1 build.
