ef0f6b9 created the issue

When I upload a large file, in this case a 5.7GB MP4 file, it uploads and instead of saying "transfer complete" in the uploader tool the transfer automatically starts over at a super decreased transfer rate.
My host admin says this is on your end, so please advise asap.
