Dear Team,
I have an AWS S3 bucket (SSE) and would like to upload data to it using the Cyberduck client. How can I make sure that the upload process is at least SSL encrypted?

The default connection profile bundled for S3 is using SSL. Check the server certificate in the lower right of the browser window clicking on the lock icon.
