b140e61 created the issue

Cyberduck FTP app not allowing us to queue multiple files for upload or download.
It gives "Connection Failed" every time we try to upload or download multiple files instead of placing them in a queue.
Cyberduck preferences has "Allow multiple connections", so it seems like it should support multiple file transfers.

Currently running on MacOS High Sierra

The issue also happens on 6.9.0

If your server does not allow multiple connections, change the setting to Open single connection.
