Reproduce:
Place Czech language on first place in System prefs (Localization icon).
Launch Cyberduck (build 2897) - open Cyberduck's preferences panel (Předvolby).
See on Hlavní (Main) and Rozšířené volby (Advanced options)

On first sight you'll se whats the problem.

This problem I reproduce only in Czech localization - in English this bug not appear.
