until today was using cyberduck for download big files from my home to international without any problem. In settings have also acepted auto resume on existing files, which worked fine, now stop with message: cyberduck transfer incomplete. Any idea?

Please post the transcript from the log drawer of the Transfers window. Choose ⌘-L on Mac or right-click the toolbar from the Transfers window and choose Log on Windows
