Hi there,

Ok I am trying to use Cyberduck in order to access and S3 type storage that we have called Ecloud Vault with UKFast.

The problem we have is that we cannot log in to the Storage, every time we use the credentials that we have from UKFast, we are repeatedly asked to contact server support.

We have spoken with UKFast many times and they are not able to re-create the problem when they login to the S3 Ecloud using the same login details, they are able to log in.

Please can you let me know what might be causing the issue as many of my colleagues have tried to access the Vault since November and we cannot
