My problem is pretty much as stated.

Cyberduck on my network used to DL around 300 MB/s (with VPN) to 4GB+/s (normal) range.

CD records downloads from the source server, a seedbox, quickly.

But even when set for maximum connections and bandwidth, CD then downloads (SFTP) to my Mac in the 49-100 KB/s range. This is recent. It always downloaded slower, but not this slow!

And it often crashes. The transfer goes "red" and although it can be restarted from scratch (only), the result is usually a second crash. I believe there is an Error -5 notice. I don't know what this is.

These events render Cyberduck unuseful on my Mac. Other downloaders don't seem to have this problem.
