Recently, while uploading on my 10.11.6 system to Dropbox, a 70GB file, I received the error pictured. Where can I start for troubleshooting?

Can you find any related output in the system.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?

This was many days ago. At this point we can close the ticket and I'll know what to look for next time so I can post something a bit more meaningful.
