Can you transfer the file using another application using FTP? Please also check the server log or contact your hosting service provider. |
There are no issues when I try to download the File in a different FTP-setting. |
Please post the transcript from the log drawer of the Transfers window. Choose ⌘-L. |
I have the same problem. It seems to be caused by the setting for segmented downloads. Edit: I use the latest version of Cyberduck (7.9.0 (34899)) on MacOS Catalina. |
Internet connection is absolutely stable and downloads without Cyberduck work like expected.
On a 450MB file the connection will always get disconnected in Cyberduck after ca. 30-350MB. Even after aborting the process, Cyberduck temporary files will not get deleted in Finder.
After retry the download bar will vanish and it is not visible if the program really tries to re-download the files.
