I am using your client on a Windows 10 PC and I have downloaded several videos from a FTP Server but cannot watch them. The files were broken down into Folders containing around 10 files each, I assumed that they would come together after the downloads finished but they did not. Now I have 43gb of MP4's that won't play. The original files should have been around 17gb but it seems like every time it times out and resumed, the download started over completely. Is there a way to still use the files or are the downloads useless now? I haven't had this problem with any other client, and your client seems to be the fastest, is this an error from the client or user error on my part?

Duplicate for #10732. Please disable the use of segmented downloads in Transfer Preferences.

The use of segmented downloads can be disabled in Preferences → Transfers → General → Downloads → Segmented download with multiple connections for file.
