Copy URL doesn't "urlencode" path

Description

If the path that I try to copy contains characters not valid as part of the URL specification they should be url encoded, but they're not. It's especially problematic with spaces, you get a URL like this : ftp://machine/path with space/endOfUrl/ which doesn't work, it should be ftp://machine/path%20with%20space/endOfUrl/ and it's quite obvious with the wiki formatting.

As an aside, port is not required if it's 21, and (but this is debatable) nor is the account if it's "anonymous"
