Hello,

I work with Network Coverage, MSP for Stran Promotional Solutions. Ethan Grant provisioned Mountain Duck for the company but terminated his employment there. Neither Network Coverage nor Stran Promotional Solutions has any documentation or credentials in regards to admin/security access for the cloud service. For reference, the server number is 23.92.17.97 using SFTP protocol. In this particular contest the user Lee Cohen (lcohen) is trying to give Nicole Wilhelm (nwilhelm) access to his user folder. Please advise on how best to affect permissions changes and if Network Coverage can be granted access to do. For reference I have Cc'd Nick Seagers, Director of Operations at Stran.
