Can't download CyberDuck- Secure Connection Failed #10860

Trying to download CyberDuck. URL on main page is
https://update.cyberduck.io/Cyberduck-7.1.2.31675.zip
which redirects to:
https://a48823c7ec3cf4539564-60c534a1284a12ce74ef84032e9b4e46.ssl.cf1.rackcdn.com/Cyberduck-7.1.2.31675.zip
Which gets the following error.

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to a48823c7ec3cf4539564-60c534a1284a12ce74ef84032e9b4e46.ssl.cf1.rackcdn.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I tried all 3 browsers: Firefox, Chrome, & Safari.
Result; impossible to download CyberDuck software at this time.

Comodo secure DNS is blocking to CyberDuck download.
https://www.comodo.com/secure-dns/support/faq.html11930
Devices using 8.26.56.26 or 8.20.247.20 for DNS servers will not be able to download CyberDuck.
I don't know why
