Hello,
I purchased 3 Mountain Duck licenses today,

ch_1FjE8QGl0sbquLOPskTD60Td.mountainducklicense

but am unable to get it to run after trying multiple installs & deinstalls.

Here are the steps I followed:

  • download the Mountain Duck license from email
  • download Mountain Duck Installer Mountain Duck Installer-3.2.3.15107
  • installed & rebooted
  • double-clicked ch_1FjE8QGl0sbquLOPskTD60Td license key
  • got message titled "Registered to Ananda Washington" and "Your registration key has been copied to the Application Support  folder"
  • Popup window notified me that newer version is available
  • clicked Remind Me Later
  • clicked Continue
  • window disappeared, no task running in Task Manager
  • searched for Mountain Duck app
  • double clicked to run
  • nothing happened, no task running in Task Manager
  • checked %APPDATA%\Cyberduck
  • found folders for Bookmarks, History and Sessions, license key and empty file named "mountainduck"

Are there partially installed files remaining from earlier installs which prevent Mountainduck from launching?
