Dear CyberDuck Team
Does Cyberduck Team have an API to create an integration to use with a C# application and documentation on how to use?
My ultimate goal is to allow my users to sync,upload, download folders/files... to S3 and Sftp AWS using my AppDesktop.

You can create API documentation using mvn javadoc:javadoc. It is not currently published.
