Personally I find it quite annoying that it's possible to move files and directories to other directories on the (S)FTP server. Especially, because this is quite easily triggered, and there isn't a confirmation dialog / it's not possible to undo.
I think it would be nice if you could set a preference for moving files/directories on the FTP server which could be set to: "No", "Confirm" or "Yes". "No" would disallow moving at all, "Confirm" would ask before it really moves the file and "Yes" would be the original behaviour.
