I created a new vault on my local drive using Cryptomator. I added files to it and can browse them just fine. I can even view the entire folder structure that was created by Cryptomator.
I then attempt to Upload that encrypted folder to Backblaze B2, but it errors out after a few minutes with the error "File not found . Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance."
If I create an Encrypted Vault using the Cyberduck interface, then it uploads perfectly fine. But as far as I can tell, these files are not encrypted on the client side before uploading. I only want to upload an already-encrypted archive.
What can I do to allow Cyberduck to upload my folder structure?

Make sure to uncheck auto detect prior upload of the vault. Alternatively create a vault within Cyberduck directly on the remote and upload plain files from your local disk to the server. The files are encrypted prior upload.
