Remote editing stops working randomly

Description

I sometimes find that remote editing of html file stops working. I will make changes, save, but changes won't show up on web. My solution is to download (copy) the file and change it on my desktop, then upload it and overwrite the file. It works, but thought I'd mention the issue.

We have changed the implementation used for watching file events from the external editor. Please reopen if still an issue in the latest snapshot build.
