I have paid for Cyberduck just an hour ago on AppStore.
When I wont to compress something on FTP server all options are grey and not working.
How to use this functionality?

I have not received any KEY to activate my copy after downloading from AppStore.
I was using free cyberduck for some time and did not remove the old version before I installed the new paid one. Can this problem have to do with this?

Hi Robert,

Unfortunately, compressing files isn't possible within the usage of the protocol FTP.

Regarding the registration key:

If you buy Cyberduck out of the Mac App Store you don't get a registration key as the license is managed by the App Store and is tied to your App Store account.
