This is my first time using cyberduck or any FTP software and my professor had us follow instructions that should work, but everytime i tried to open an connection, I get this "interoperability failure", saying "Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection? Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance". If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Please check the connection settings. Possibly you have to choose SFTP instead of FTP-TLS.
