I've recently installed Mountainduck to connect to our work server within Finder. I am now attempting to use Cyberduck for FTP, but I want to keep these apps settings seperate. I.e. I want to keep Mountainduck for connecting to our work WebDAV server AND I want to add quite a few FTP bookmarks to Cyberduck without having one affect the other. At the moment I'll add an FTP bookmark to Cyberduck and Mountainduck will attempt to connect to that at launch. How can I prevent that happening?
