we cannot access to S3 Object Storage Scaleway with Cyberduck software, could you please help us ? #11143

Hi,

we just download your Cyberduck software and try to connect it with a bucket Object Storage created and manage by SCALEWAY French hoster. We followed all tutorial describe in your website and generate a file name "scaleway.cyberduckprofile" with all informations as specified as following :

we try to launch this file configuration user account "scaleway.cyberduckprofile" with your Cyberduck Sotware but nothing happen after cyberduck start.
Obviously we try also to configure manualy S3 new type account with "open connexion" in your Cyberduck User Interface. We set url target Object Storage hosted by Scaleway : avantcam-source.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud and also put Public and Private key access to the bucket but after this Cyberduck try to connect to the bucket but only message "try to connect" is display and folder are not display in Cyberduck interface.
We send several mail to Scaleway support team but they answer to us that they are not the editor of Cyberduck software and cannot do nothing for us. They also say to us that apparently our file configuration user account "scaleway.cyberduckprofile" is good but they don't know and cannot explain us why your cyberduck sofware didn't speak and work with theres S3 Object Storage service online.
Could you please help us to solve this issue because we are actualy stop in our validation test with Cyberduck software ?

Please try the connection profile from (https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en/howto/scaleway) with preconfigured settings.

Your sample connection profile looks to be invalid due to <key>Region PAR</key> which should read <key>Region</key>.

Hi,

We set Region as mention instead of invalid value : Region PAR but it does not works anyway :-(
we try to reopen new setting in our file name "scaleway.cyberduckprofile" in Cyberduck software in our Windows operating system but nothing appear anyway after launching Cyberduck software on our desk.

Please provide a screenshot. You should see the connection profile available to select in the dropdown list when editing a bookmark.

The screenshot does not indicate you attempted to open a connection at all. Create a new bookmark first.

After creating new S3 Bookmark with URL : avantcam-source.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud we drag and drop our file configuration containing Public key and Private account key to the bookmark. In fact a new windows appear and Cyberduck client try to connect to the Scaleway remote Object storage but the connection failed (see screenshot in attachement).

You should not change the hostname set to s3.fr-par.scw.cloud. Why do you want to transfer the configuration file? Instead, double click the bookmark to connect. Please get support from a local computer support provider or reach out to Scaleway for the setup.

Please get support from a local computer support provider or reach out to Scaleway for the setup. Without your help we will not be able to configure your Cyberduck client with the Svcaleway Object Storage service. It's took to us already 10 days to contact Scaleway support. They are not interested in helping us to run your software with their service because they are not selling your software. Please could you help us ?
