When connecting to an SFTP server that uses ChallengeResponseAuthentication (e.g., duo 2FA), the secondary prompt window is not properly sized to fully display the message from the server. Without the message displayed in full, the user may not be able to determine correct input to proceed. Attaching a screenshot to demonstrate the issue. In this particular example, the message would be like the following:

Duo two-factor login for

Enter a passcode or select one of the following options:

  1. Duo Push to XXX-XXX-5555
  2. Phone call to XXX-XXX-5555
  3. SMS passcodes to XXX-XXX-5555

Passcode or option (1-3):
