URGENT - After installing last update I can access the server but the directory doesn't list

Description

This morning I installed the last update Version 7.6.2 (33520). After this the directory on the remote server is not listing. I contacted the network Admin and there is no problem. I cannot do my job without FTP access. NEED A SOLUTION URGENTLY! Thanks Fernando
