Hi, my speedtest.net upload clocks in at 15-20 mbps but I am limited to 2 mbps on my network, regardless of wireless or wired. I am uploading to an Amazon S3 server. This issue only occurs on my home network as it has exceeded 2 on other networks, but it never matches my speedtest.net speed. I have no bandwith restrictions on.
