Oracle Object Storage unable to list buckets

Description

I've been trying to connect to Oracle Object Storage and I've downloaded the "OCI Object Storage (ap-sydney-1)" profile and configured it with the correct settings. I've been able to use the same credentials with other S3 compatible APIs so I know the keys are correct.

It doesn't throw an authentication error and when it connects, it loads for half a second before returning "0 items". The Oracle account has 4 buckets in there that should have been retrieved, but Cyberduck returns nothing.
