I thought it might be a nice feature that when you launch the program there is an option for a password to launch. WHY? If a laptop/computer is stolen and the passwords are stored in the keychain for each FTP account, then anyone who launches the program has access to all saved accounts. By having a master program password it would prevent someone from launching the program and accessing potentially critical files.

You should lock the Keychain then Cyberduck will have to ask you for the password before reading any passwords from the Keychain.
