If you make directory list (also affect refresh directory) which overflow to 2 window (more items that could be displayed in one window - you have to scroll), Cyberduck display only names of top part of window - if you scroll to last item - you'll see only folders or files icons but no file/folder names. Bug occured on Intel and PPC Mac on Mac OS X 10.4.9.

I cannot see this problem here. Can you post a screenshot?

Better way to reproduce:
Make Cyberduck's browser window small (for example let Cyberduck displays 3 items in browser window).
Connect to any (S)FTP server which has at least one folder with more then 3 items inside.
Connect and go inside that folder and scroll down in browser window -> you'll get defect list - similar as I posted as screenshot.
