Description
As a new customer I of course tried to do everything right but the install quit saying another install was in process but that was not true as far as I can tell. Then I tried to set up my account using my email as the NAME but you didn't like that, so I used MSchmauch. That seemed acceptable, but now it implies that I have 2 accounts and that I need to use a different email than mike@…. I don't want to do that so I'm about to ask for my money back and just give up.
