Hi,

I am trying to make an SFTP connection using cyberduck. But when I login, it first displays "authenticating ..." then "listing directory.."
then again "authenticating.." then again "listing directory.." and finally ends with the following error:

"Listing directory failed.
Timeout expired. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance."

I have updated my cyberduck to version 7.7.2 also tried another solution posted in another thread i.e. Preferences -> Transfer -> Transfer files: use browser connection. This did not solve my issue. Please help.

I am using MacOS Catalina if that matters.
