Proxy host defined in a PAC file is not honoured.

Additional note for macOS: Using kCFProxyTypeAutoConfigurationURL to get the proxy for a given target URL returns the correct URL but the scheme is taken from the target URL. E.g. for https://graph.microsoft.com you get https://myproxy:8080, for http://graph.microsoft.com you get http://myproxy:8080. Should be http:// in both cases.
